Relive pure UK nostalgia with an incredible piece of 1970s pop-culture history. "Make someone happy with a phone call" was the unforgettable catchphrase of Buzby, the famous bird mascot for Post Office Telecommunications (later BT), brought to life in beloved classic TV commercials voiced by Bernard Cribbins. This official character soap is a rare surviving original piece of authentic merchandise from a recently acquired single-owner collection assembled between the 1970s and early 1980s. Made in England around 1979 by Bellaire Cosmetics Ltd, it has aged remarkably well for an item over 40 years old. The vivid original box remains strong and intact with no fading, showing only mild edge rubbing and heavy creasing to the upper section from vintage storage. Inside, carefully wrapped in tissue, rests the unused orange-brown soap itself, fully defined and in mint condition. It is the ultimate addition for collectors of novelty soaps, Post Office or BT history, and Bernard Cribbins fans.
