Cigarette Cards
Original trade cards and associated branded objects connected with tobacco companies that produced a plethora of branded cigarettes, cigars and tobacco. Found free in a pack, collecting these cards to complete a set was an incentive for further purchases. All subjects were covered and a complete album became a useful reference book. At the time cards were traded by children at school. A popular collectable today, rare sets can attain very high prices. Our items generally date from the first half of the 20th Century.
