The song is taken from the 1942 Warner Bros. film "This is the Army" directed by Michael Curtiz and starring amongst many others Lt. Ronald Reagan, who was to go on and become the President of the USA. The item is greeny-blue and brown in colour. On the front along with details of the film is the title of the film formed by cartoon figures of army musicians. Bearing in mind the age of this item, the use it must have had and being printed on war-time utility paper it has survived well. There is no fading but some slight surface blemishes including the initials of the original owner, as well as slight creasing which all adds to it's vintage look. Displayed in a black frame this item would be ideal for any Irving Berlin fan, a film or musical enthusiast or could be used as a one off piece of decorative art suitable for any room of the house.
