As the name suggests, this item was produced for girls, and based on the characters from Girl magazine.  The box remains strong but with some creasing and edge rubbing; it's beginning to show it's age.  The complete set of cards have all the characters; Penny, Wendy, Lettice Leefe, Robbie, Belle and Jinx, illustrated in full colour.  The rule book is also included and although intact it has a small rip along the spine and the back page is creased caused when being forced into the box.  Overall this is a delightful piece of the 1950's.  A perfect item for a card or vintage toy collector, for use as a decorative object or for someone reliving their childhood.
