Great for the a tree enthusiast, this book is a handy pocket sized reference book to tell you everything you need to know about Trees. It still retains the original dust jacket, which hasn't been price clipped but is slightly discoloured due to age and sunlight, otherwise it is in excellent condition. The binding remains strong. The interior of the book contains 74 species descriptions accompanied with 109 colour and monochrome illustrations.  Overall a great item for a collector of vintage Observer books, a keen gardener, a student tree surgeon or as originally intended as a reference for those walking in the park or countryside.
