These two spring-mounted figures add "Live-Action" realism to any game of Subbuteo. Dating from the early 1970's the box remains intact and strong. Due to constant use and storage over more than four decades the packaging has succumbed to some creasing, minor tears, with remnants of adhesive tape in places. One side has been heavily damaged. Nevertheless the green box remains unfaded and retains that classic early 1970's Subbuteo design. The top of the box depicts a figure in action along with the words "New" and "Live-Action" Realism. On the underneath are the instructions for using the figures. The figures themselves, one in red shirt and white shorts and the other in blue shirt and white shorts are still in full working condition. The blue player at some stage has had his arm broken and then reattached but this is hardly noticeable. A great accessory for any Subbuteo collector or player, a nice gift for a general football fan or collector of classic British toys.
