Description
"The most intriguing game ever invented" is a big boast so grab your chance to see if this is true. This game dates from the late 1930's to 1940's. The Victoria and Albert Museum has the same edition in their collection and date it from around 1935. For an item of that age this is in incredible condition probably museum quality. The game itself is mathematical in nature. The box is strong and intact and covered in brown mock leather-like paper. There is very slight rubbing to the edges. The design of the two tone orange label on the lid is very indicative of the period. Inside, the cardboard storage tray is in perfect condition along with all four game boards, playing pieces and deck of cards. The instruction pamphlet is also included. A truly wonderful, compact item so don't miss out. An ideal gift for a collector of vintage games, as an item in a 1930/1940's themed room or display, or as originally intended as a fun game to help aid in developing mathematical skills.
