Modern companies bombard us daily with advertisements on television and the internet to promote their products and services. The same was also true in previous decades before the advent of widespread technology. Companies generated all kinds of items to advertise themselves to increase the use of their products and entice new users. We believe this item was a special promotional giveaway for customers purchasing a Fibrak-Battery by Oldham for use in their car. Sadly the box is now missing. Of standard size the pack of cards consists of the full compliment of 52 cards and two jokers, due to age and use the cards have a slight grubby appearance that gives an authentic vintage look. On the reverse of each card is depicted a beautiful, young woman. A great item for a collector of vintage advertising items, or for a collector of vintage playing cards or simply as part or of a vintage social history display. **No Box**
