A song that was written by comedic actor Phil Silvers, better known as "Sgt Bilko".  The item is red and black in colour.  Bearing in mind the age of this item, the use it had and being printed on war-time utility paper it has survived amazingly well.  The front depicts the face of a pretty smiling woman with a 1940's hairdo. There is no fading, but some slight surface blemishes and a few creases to the corners which are hardly visible giving this item a great vintage look.  Displayed in a black frame this item would be ideal for a 1940's enthusiast, someone interested in design or could be used as a one off piece of decorative art suitable for any room of the house.
