A great piece of Dad's Army memorabilia, this authorised publication contains 12 full scripts from the greatest British television comedy.  You can now be any of your favourite characters whether it's Captain Mainwaring, Sergeant Wilson, Corporal Jones, Privates Pike, Frazer, Walker, Godfrey or another member of the cast.  Along with the scripts are photographs from the episodes, biographies of the actors and characters, a section about the real Home Guard, how Dad's Army began by Jimmy Perry and a forward by Arthur Lowe.  This paperback book still retains it's strong binding.  The cover is beginning to discolour due to age and sunlight but this doesn't affect the enjoyment of this book.  On the inside cover is written in pen a dedication to a previous owner.  Originally priced at 75p this is a fantastic read and would make a great gift for any Dad's Army memorabilia collector / enthusiast or lover of great British humour.
