Sweets for my sweet, sugar for my honey..... This circular tin advertises the delicious sounding Jersey toffees. Produced by Batger And Co Ltd of London before being taken over in 1970 this item probably dates from the 1950's or 1960's. Pink and white coloured with floral designs and stripes this tin is in remarkably good condition. There are no dents or any rust, just superficial scratches and also slight rubbing to the edges of the lid which doesn't detract from it's vintage look. A nice item for someone interested in vintage confectionery products, a collector of vintage tins and advertising, as a decorative and still useful item in a themed room.
