Here is an example of household technology from a bygone age. The fully automatic clothes brush would have been the thing to have for any middle class household in the 1950's to dust down outfits before a night on the tiles. This item is remarkably good condition, in fact it is in almost shop brought condition and fully working to boot. The box is strong and intact, with the only observable damage being a slight scratch on the underside. The colour remains unfaded. On the sides are detailed how to use the brush and it's the special features. The storage tray slides out from the box and contains the brush, a black drawstring storage bag with a red plastic spherical toggle and an additional black dust collection bag. The actual automatic brush can be divided into three parts: the chrome plated handle which doubles as the battery compartment, the working parts are housed in a cream coloured plastic unit and the brush with a collection bag are attached to a chrome plated nozzle. It's very tactile and lightweight even with the batteries in. The folded, multilingual instruction leaflet is also in perfect condition. It doesn't look as though this item has ever been used because of the superb condition it is in. A fantastic item for a collector of vintage technology, or a 1950's enthusiast or even as a museum piece on display. **Batteries are not included**
